Tad Murdock began his quest to catch all of the trout/salmonid species of the planet just over a decade ago. He completed this goal in 2025 and documented the fish and his adventures in his book, Journey For The World’s Trout. He has become one of the most knowledgeable authorities on the trout species of the planet and teaches others about these fish on The Angler’s Destination YouTube channel and social media pages. He spends most of his days guiding fly fishing trips in north Georgia under his outfitter, Georgia Wild Trout.
